   EVENT DESCRIPTIONS 

General Meetings:  150-200 FISD members typically attend FISD General Meetings for updates on FISD activities, presentations on new developments in the market data industry, and reports from other member companies on new initiatives within their organizations. Following these reports, attendees break into Constituency Group meetings for Consumers, Exchanges and Vendors. The program concludes with a networking reception. The December Meeting is followed by the annual FISD North America Holiday Party.

Issue Briefs: 100 - 125 market data professionals typically attend these 90-minute programs for issue-based discussions, which are followed by networking receptions.

PacRim Local Meetings: The FISD PacRim events enjoy a range of participation depending on the location. These feature updates from local industry players, report from member companies on new initiatives within their organization and updates on the global FISD agenda. The schedule for April 2009 includes Tokyo, Singapore, Shanghai & Sydney.
