Datafeed Questionnaire
The Uniform Datafeed Questionnaire (DFQ)
has been adopted by FISD members to identify how firms use market data and the
technical systems and administrative procedures in place to manage market data
and reporting. - Datafeed

The DFQ is intended
to replace the various exhibits and questionnaires currently in use by firms distributing
data internally. It has been designed in a modular format consisting of three
sections:
- Section I: A generic audit-trail questionnaire for identifying how
firms control the use of market data.
- Section II: Questions
specific to the contractual requirements of the North American equities exchanges.
